Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing WinTransfer Paris for your private airport shuttle service. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellation and Refund

Reservation can be canceled only before 24 hours before the transfer date. After booking cancellation, the refund process will be initiated within 7 days. The bank will process the refund after that. You'll receive the refund within 30 days after the bank receives the refund request.

The 10% transaction processing charge will not be refunded under any circumstance.

2. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided for services already commenced.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the transfer details requested by the customer will not be refunded.

3. No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled transfer without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show" and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Currency of Refund

Refunds will be issued in the same currency and method used for the original payment.

5. Refund Process

Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Include the reservation details and reason for cancellation. The refund process will be initiated within 7 business days.

Note: WinTransfer Paris reserves the right to amend this refund policy with prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for any changes.
