Do I need to book in advance ?
We recommend you to book in advance to guarantee a shuttle for the time you require and provide you a better service. We advise you to book at least 10 hours before your travel. However, we will do our best to accommodate to any last minute requests.

Do I receive a confirmation when I reserve ?
You will receive a confirmation within one hour, with all the details of your reservation. If you do not receive anything, please check your SPAM folder.
How can I change / cancel my reservation ?
You can send us an E-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org or fill our Contact form or call us : +33 6 50 50 02 26 You have to change / cancel your booking at least 10 hours before your arrival time. There is no change / cancellation fees.
How can I pay my reservation ?
You can pay your reservation by cash only.
On which airports do you provide transport ?
We provide transport to and from : Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG), Orly airport and Beauvais airport (BVA).
Do you transport to other locations ?
We provide transport to and from your hotel, Paris train stations and Disneyland. We also propose excursions to tourist destinations like Giverny (Monet’s house), Mont Saint Michel, Versailles Palace...
Can I get a customized excursion ?
We would be delighted to provide you a customized service, please contact us directly via our Contact form or by E-mail : email@example.com. We will send you a quotation according to your request.
How long does it take to get from Paris to the Airport ?
To Charles de Gaulle (CDG) : it takes 1 hour depending on traffic. To Orly : it takes 1 hour depending on traffic. To Beauvais (BVA) : it takes 1H30 minutes depending on traffic.
At what time do I have to schedule my pick up to catch my flight / train ?
CDG / Orly : • For European flight : departure 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. • For International flight : departure 4 hours before the scheduled flight time. Beauvais (BVA) : departure 4 hours before the scheduled flight time. Train Stations : departure 2 hours before the scheduled train time. These schedules are indicative, you decide the time of your pick up when you make the reservation. We cannot be held for responsible for delays that occurs because of the pick up time you have chosen.
Where do I meet the driver ?
At the airport : our driver will welcome you on arrival, after the customs, he will wait at the exit gate with your name on a board. At the train station : Our driver will welcome you at the beginning of the train, in front of the platform with your name on a board. At the hotel : Our driver will pick you up at the reception of your hotel, at the time you chose on the booking. If you do not see the driver, please contact us on +33 6 50 50 02 26
What if my flight is delayed ?
Do not worry about your flight delay, our driver will wait for you.

What is the type of your vehicles ?
We have several types of vehicles ranging up to maximum 8 passengers seats with luggage. They are all air-conditioned and non-smoking.
Is there a extra cost for luggage ?
There is no extra cost for luggage, but if it cannot accommodate in one big vehicle of 8 seater, you may have to pay a supplement. Please contact us for any further information.
Do you provide child seats ?
Yes, you may request child seats during your reservation.
Does the shuttle takes me directly to my destination ?
Our driver will drop you directly to your destination.
Is there other clients with us ?
We are a private cab service, you will be our unique client.
Does your drivers speak English ?
All our drivers speak English and French.
